No - From Coon Brook Bog and up - both sides of the road !
Swankzr, what's your general area? We've found the Stub Hill area to be pretty good and along those ridgelines... It's just tough getting in there...Does anyone know which gates are open and which are closed still - heard that they're still closed up in the East Inlet area.

Opps I tresspassed your area a couple weeks ago but don't worry I got skunked! If the same happens this weekend then I'm going to go crazy. I put on almost 15 miles and only came across 3 tons of moose crap and 2 dead moose - one cow and one bull but he had already lost the tressures I was looking for. I don't really have an "area" yet... Only my 2nd year looking. Stub Hill is hit hard by several and by some that snowshoe and hike in miles to get there before the gates are open. I may check it out this year anyways.. Here's a website that shows the gates status: www.nhstateparks.org/planning-development/connecticut-lakes-headwaters/road-network-closures.aspxI hope they open more by this weekend...

Awesome photos! Can't tell by the pictures where you were at but I'd say you were up in elevation a bit... Sure beats my single rack off Boundary Pond Road. The back of it looks good but the inside is chewed up pretty bad.
